Many older adults an their families are struggling to bridge the gaps between work and retirement, full independence and limited support, good health and chronic conditions. Senior Centers are instrumental in bridging those gaps.
Our vision is to preserve, enhance and stabilize the quality of senior life, to maintain dignity and independence for older adults and to promote a community in which we all age well.
To provide a variety of activities, services and opportunities for participation, learning and socialization to older individuals to help them retain their personal skills & diminish stress to help them remain independent in their own homes and communities for as long as safely possible thereby reducing the emotional and financial burdens to their loved ones.
Seniors from all walks of life utilize the services of the Senior Center; upper, middle, & low income seniors, the strong & frail, young seniors and older seniors. This diversity is what makes our senior center such a wonderful place.
